make sure you can hit the localhost:6969 and then make sure that you still have the same external IP. Also make sure that your ISP isnt blocking incomming requests to your network (most will block only certain ports though).
From the looks of it, your router is the internal gateway IP of 192.168.0.1 and your internal DHCP requests start at the .100 range. It looks like you've enabled the virtual server to point from your external IP to the internal IP of the box. Looks ok to me as long as the virtual server is actually pushing through (which ive had a problem with it not doing before)
