Or....what you could do like me..

get winscp and move all my stuff between my dads box and my box.....

example:

I am in Windows

and I need ti transfer a music cd. I used 7zip to .tar.gz it and now I use WINscp from my dads computer (192.168.0.166) to the files from my comp to his. Then I boot into Linux (Slackware) and I use WINscp from my dads computer again to send the files to me on Linux.....

Its tough but it works...

Another thing I do is I have a friend who hosts me with unlimited web space...I upload the stuff there and then wget it from Linux.
