Hoping someone can help.

In updating to OS X Leopard has left me without a comic book reader. Jomic which is Java has continuing problems even though they have supposedly dealt with them in their nightly build. I tried compiling a few other but the code is so old they crap out compiling. I found one reader that looks really good and is coded in python. I have been able to build it without issues but no matter what it just doesn't discover my PyGTK install whther I compile it myself or with Macports.

I am completely unfamiliar with python and have not been able figure out where the application is looking for my PyGTK install. So I was hoping that someone here might be able to peruse the code and give me some suggestions on how to fix the issue. Have been going nuts without a working reader and losing alot of sleep trying to get one working.

Comix can be downloaded here:

Comix - GTK Comic Book Viewer

I am also interested in any good online sources for educating myself on python coding. So any ifo on this would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance peoples
