Hmmm.... I've never used them personally. How much Oracle experience do you have? I've just been taking the upgrade exams in recent years, so I've been getting by with the book exam guides. If you don't have a lot of experience, I recommend installing the enterprise edition (preferably on a Linux box, but Windows will work) and walking through as much as you can hands on. If you download the official exam description from Oracle, you can use that as a checklist for areas to cover both with and without some sort of practice software or guide.
