well you've got some code that accesses a variable db which holds a height and width offset, and variables h and w whihc seem to benumeric values. The whole result is divided by 2 and px is tacked on before it's assigned to the top and left position attributes of obj. But as for telling you what they'll be I have no idea where your variables are coming from with this out of context snippet.
