Please help a client has just asked for a rather extensive site, three of the things they wanted were:

A Storypage - a page viewers can post there own stories.
A Jokespage - a page viewers can post jokes (I imagine this would be similar to the storypage)
And A Photos page - a page viewers can post their own photos

The client wants to charge for the posts, I really have no idea how to begin coding this, usually i'm okay with code but this has me stumped. I have no idea where to begin with these, and the server is pretty ill equiped e.g. no SQL etc. not that that's relivent. Anyway I can deal with every other aspect of the site apart from those three, please help guys!
