I have uploaded Dev-Cpp 4.9.9.1. True, version 4.9.9.2 is out as well, but I don't endorse it because it has some crucial bugs. This version one works nicely.

Listen, when you installed it and run it for the first time, it will ask you two things:

1st. To select a visual style. Just pick what you like.
2nd. To choose whether you would like to enable a feature too lookup functions and names and stuff. YOU DO NOT WNAT THAT OPTION. It is terribly buggy.

You may be interested in the free but highly advanced Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Express Beta 2. The link is:

However, you *must* have installed Service Pack 2 for Windows XP (Pro).
