Terminal Server Help

I'm new to these forums but a guy at another board referred me here for my Term Serv problem.

=======
This is a SBS 2003 network and I would like to add a Win 2003 Standard server with TS for remote access. I have installed Win03 and added roles for TS and App Server. If I out the computer name of the TS in the Remote Desktop Connection I can log in to the server, not as a user but actually log onto the server desktop. If I input the public IP of the TS I can not connect.

NOTES:
TS has 2 NIC but I am currently only using one, do I need the other?

The DSL router is set to forward all traffic from the public IP to 192.168.0.5

In ISA on the SBS box I have created a Protocol Definition that allows for
inbound traffic on 3389, by default outbound traffic on 3389 was already
allowed.

Also in ISA I created a server publishing rule taking the inbound 3389
traffic and "forwarding" it from 192.168.0.5 to 192.168.254.5
