| God, this reminds me of one of the questions from one of the ACM programming contests I was in. I swear I had to write half a compiler before doing any algorithmics. Never submitted the problem. I think it was a problem to keep MIT or Harvard from annoying the rest of the teams with their brilliance by finishing all the problems in two hours. |
