| I'd really like your honest opinion. If you think that $400 is low, what do you imagine would be a more reasonable cost? Keep in mind that the $400 would be the flat rate for the kit, and all the customization and design for the site would be an hourly wage (of probably $20) tacked on.
Also, this is for my Aunt. She is by no means a rich woman, she is merely an agent for a large Realestate company. Basically she wants this website to help her establish herself as a top-tier realator for this area, more than just a pawn for this company.
If I charged more than this, I would probably need to offer a payment plan to take care of the cost of the site with the hosting and maintenance worked into that monthly fee. Is that fairly common? |
