I have a book here that might not be of much use to you voer there but i advise you buy a book for yourself on technical writing.

You will need it in future I reckon so it's always good to have one on hand.

Here it is, even though it's quite oldish:

Technical Report Writing Today by Steven Pauley

it's so old the writing is fading on the cover and there's no ISBN nor publisher's details... ^_^;;

Oh sod it, have a look for yerself!

I still recommend a book because they have been looked over by pros and editors and are complete rather then a shoddy webpage. You can read it in the tube or in work whilst you may not with a webpage.
