I usually get my books from Borders (or online at Amazon). I've tried Barnes and Noble, but (at least in my area) they don't carry near the amount or quality of Tech books compared to Borders.
Unless you're looking for ceritification books or whatever is trendy at the time.
(Of course, your mileage may vary...)
