| Higher for me. 1440 X 900. I have a Toshiba notebook with a 17" widescreen display. I love it, it kicks ass. The killer screen is one of the top three reasons I bought this one over other models.
But aside from me, I have noticed that more and more people are running higher than 800 X 600. I think it's largely because a good number of new computers are coming with the resolution factory pre-set at 1024 X 768.
This is a good thing, of course. Ya know, the majority of people out there never change their resolution from the factory setting? Remember the days when we had to design web sites for a 640 X 480 screen and 256 colors because that's what 80% of the people were running? Man, times have changed.
